Austin reached out quickly and made time to make it to their house! He was quick and patient with my dad who doesn’t speak English, he made sure to use google translate and explain things to him since I couldn’t be there!   • I found a pinhole leak in a main waterline pipe inside the basement wall. I made a few calls and everyone was booked for atleast 3 or 4 days out. Due to this being a main waterline I needed it repaired fairly quickly as the only way to stop the leak is to shut the water off to the house. Austin commented on a post I had made and I reached out to him. He was able to come the very next day and get me taken care of. He was super informative and explained everything he was doing. He was able to repair the pipe, along with some other joints that started to drip as well. He also gave me a reccomndation for a company to come and check for mold and repair the drywall. I am thoroughly impressed with his work and his communication. I would recommend him to anyone and would totally use him again.

  • After being on vacation for a week, I came home to water leaking down my wall. After a friends recommendation, I gave Austin a call at Lou’s plumbing. After opening up the wall, he found that we had a slow leak for many years and it caused black mold as a result of saturated wood. Within minutes, he had somebody over to test it and help seal it. Austin is great to work with. A very nice and honest guy and you can tell he’s not trying to upsell you but truly wants to help solve your plumbing problems. He even helped document everything and spoke with my homeowners insurance to see if they would help cover some of the cost. I would definitely recommend him hands-down!!

  • I have had nothing but an awesome experience with Austin at Lou's Plumbing. We had an issue with a faulty part on a filtration system that Austin had put in for us. This happened on a Friday after hours. I called Austin and told him what was going on, he made sure I knew how to turn the water off for the system and then said "I'm on my way". He came right over and quickly identified where the issue was and the replacement part needed in the filter. He kept me updated throughout the weekend on progress getting the new part as well as making sure we weren't running into anymore issues with our filter in the meantime. He was there to install the new part right away Monday. Austin definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. Highly recommend!

  • For anyone needing plumbing services call Lou's. I can not say enough good things about this company. When he arrived for our appointment, he was friendly, courteous and listened as I explained my particular plumbing problem. It seems I had an unknown water leak. He checked all the water pipes in and under (I live in a mobile home) my house for a leak. When he didn't find one, he acted as liaison between me and my water supplier giving up much of his own personal time. In my opinion Lou's is not only a very professional company but also a very caring company. They strive to be reliable, honest and thorough in fixing whatever plumbing problem you may have.
