Also leave us with good recommendations about what to do with our water heater. I think the price is affordable when the problem is an emergency you need to do it no matter what. They came once after hours and there is a extra charge for that (completely understandable) they save us some how!   • I have had nothing but an awesome experience with Austin at Lou's Plumbing. We had an issue with a faulty part on a filtration system that Austin had put in for us. This happened on a Friday after hours. I called Austin and told him what was going on, he made sure I knew how to turn the water off for the system and then said "I'm on my way". He came right over and quickly identified where the issue was and the replacement part needed in the filter. He kept me updated throughout the weekend on progress getting the new part as well as making sure we weren't running into anymore issues with our filter in the meantime. He was there to install the new part right away Monday. Austin definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. Highly recommend!

  • For anyone needing plumbing services call Lou's. I can not say enough good things about this company. When he arrived for our appointment, he was friendly, courteous and listened as I explained my particular plumbing problem. It seems I had an unknown water leak. He checked all the water pipes in and under (I live in a mobile home) my house for a leak. When he didn't find one, he acted as liaison between me and my water supplier giving up much of his own personal time. In my opinion Lou's is not only a very professional company but also a very caring company. They strive to be reliable, honest and thorough in fixing whatever plumbing problem you may have. They are transparent in their work and care about you as a customer. I highly recommend Lou's for all your plumbing needs.
